LatAm Content Meeting 2026: Call for Projects Now Open!
The LatAm Content Meeting returns for its second edition, taking place in São Paulo from April 13 to 15, 2026. This international marketplace dedicated to non-fiction audiovisual content will once again feature pitch sessions organized in partnership with Sunny Side of the Doc.
Building on the outstanding success of its inaugural edition in Rio de Janeiro in March 2025, which gathered 700 professionals from 21 countries, over 600 business meetings, and 150 submitted projects, the LatAm Content Meeting has quickly established itself as a strategic platform to foster international co-productions and highlight the vitality of the Latin American audiovisual market.
Last year, participants had the opportunity to pitch their projects to major broadcasters and platforms including Warner Bros. Discovery, Netflix, BBC, Globo, France Télévisions, Amazon MGM Studios, Paramount, NHK, ORF, ARTE, HBO Max, Canal Curta!, Channel 4, TV Brasil, and many more.
This year, the pitch sessions will once again create international development and co-production opportunities for Brazilian, Latin American, and international producers.
The call is open to documentary series, shorts, mid-length and feature-length films in three thematic categories:
The entire process — from the call for projects and submissions to selection and international mentoring — will be managed by the Sunny Side of the Doc team. Selected projects will benefit from tailored international mentorship, pitch their projects to a jury of national and international decision-makers, and compete for special prizes.
The deadline to submit a project is December 10, 2025.
