En ce sens, les membres de notre \u00e9quipe participaient cette semaine au DMZ Docs Industry Pitch<\/a> afin de remettre un prix sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 l'un des 16 projets Cor\u00e9ens pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Cette ann\u00e9e, \"Karma<\/strong><\/em>\" (Cor\u00e9e) remporte le prix \"Sunny Side of the Doc\". L'\u00e9quipe b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera de deux pass gratuits pour les prochains Global Pitch<\/strong> (6-7 f\u00e9vrier 2024) et Sunny Side of the Doc<\/strong> (24-27 juin 2024).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

\"Karma\" - Un voyage de r\u00e9demption et de compassion<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Logline: <\/strong>Devant l'antenne de Seongnam du tribunal de district de Suwon, il y a un petit cabinet juridique o\u00f9 un p\u00e8re, huissier de justice certifi\u00e9, et son fils greffier, travaillent pour aider \u00e0 la r\u00e9habilitation des personnes endett\u00e9es. Cependant, c'est le p\u00e8re huissier de justice qui a d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment besoin d'\u00eatre r\u00e9habilit\u00e9. Il a secr\u00e8tement accumul\u00e9 une dette de 1,5 milliard de won gr\u00e2ce aux courses de chevaux et aux actions. Compte tenu de sa dette et de son travail d'huissier de justice, il ne peut pas demander \u00e0 \u00eatre r\u00e9habilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9couvert la situation de son p\u00e8re, le fils a abandonn\u00e9 l'universit\u00e9 et aide son p\u00e8re dans son travail depuis 6 ans. Il devra d\u00e9sormais travailler au moins 20 ans pour aider les autres \u00e0 rembourser leurs dettes avant de se d\u00e9barrasser de ses propres dettes. Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode de remboursement de trois ans pr\u00e9vue par la loi sur la r\u00e9habilitation des d\u00e9biteurs individuels, le sort de ce p\u00e8re et de ce fils est quelque peu s\u00e9v\u00e8re. Alors que le fils bl\u00e2me son p\u00e8re cribl\u00e9 de dettes, le p\u00e8re en veut \u00e0 son fils qui s'immisce dans les affaires et lui prend tout le pouvoir \u00e9conomique. Le p\u00e8re et le fils se disputent terriblement tous les jours.<\/p>\n

Certaines personnes vivent douloureusement \u00e0 cause de leurs dettes personnelles ou de celles de leurs fils, filles, fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs, parents... En vivant dans un tel \u00e9tat de d\u00e9sespoir, sur quoi peut-on compter dans la vie ? Dans notre vie de concessions, quels choix peut-on faire lorsqu'on est confront\u00e9 au remboursement d'une dette ? En fin de compte, ce sont les clients qui se rendent au cabinet d'avocats pour se r\u00e9ins\u00e9rer qui donnent au p\u00e8re et au fils leur propre chance de r\u00e9insertion. Dans ce film, en enregistrant son p\u00e8re, qui n'\u00e9tait pas \u00e9ligible \u00e0 la r\u00e9insertion, et les clients qui se pr\u00e9parent actuellement \u00e0 la r\u00e9insertion, le fils greffier veut montrer le moment o\u00f9 leur dette devient leur espoir.<\/p>\n
