For the very first time, the 31st edition of Sunny Side of the Doc will move to an exclusively online format, and shall continue to provide opportunities to industry professionals who are currently facing tough times due to the Covid-19 health crisis. This online platform will enable all major industry stakeholders to connect for a series of personalised events including pitch sessions and one-to-one private meetings, as well as having access to a whole catalogue of video ressources from major international documentary players.
This health crisis has turned the whole world upside down, bringing all business sectors to a standstill, including those in creative industries. To support the sector during these unprecedented times, we have done everything in our power to ensure our missions continue as soon as possible. Read More (in French).
Our grants commissions were held remotely and we have rolled out numerous emergency measures to help avoid a crisis on both a personal and industrial level, and support industry professionals experiencing a drop in activity. On top of these emergency measures, we have put in place a long-term project to revive activity in the sector, as well as modernize and transform the entire value chain.
The CNC wishes to continue providing significant support to Sunny Side of the Doc and help ensure its longevity. And so, we renew our support by taking part once again in this year’s unique online edition.
