Impact distribution is no longer a new concept. In recent years we’ve been hearing about it in many festivals and training programmes, and the number of professionals in the field as well as options for funding are increasing. The CNC has launched a fund to support impact campaigns and the role of the impact producer is quickly professionalizing and becoming essential in the design and implementation of campaigns. However, there still seems to be some reticence and/or misunderstanding within some sectors in the industry. This event aims to clarify the current challenges between traditional distribution and impact production/distribution, offering solutions and recent examples of successful alliances.
