All the stands have to be finished on Monday, June 20^th - 8:00 pm.

Vehicle access
Northern side - Between Espace Encan and the Aquarium
No parking for any vehicles - unloading only.

Handling
The “Grande Halle” has direct access to the unloading area.

Dismantling
Friday, June 24^th - 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Insurance

Exhibitors must give the organizer a declaration of their Third Party Insurance Policy specifying the amount insured (one week before the opening of the event).
It is also suggested that exhibitors take out an “All risks Exhibition Policy” guaranteeing the merchandise and ornaments of the stand in concordance with their real value.
All policies must contain a clause renouncing any legal recourse against the organizer, as well as the building’s owner, other exhibitors and their respective insurers.

Catering

A restaurant and a bar are placed in the market from Tuesday June 21^st.

The Business Center will be equiped by computers with an internet acces and black & white printers.
