HOW TO APPLY

1°) PARTICIPANTS:Accreditation 200 € includes:

Access to all events (Pitch sessions, Side by Side meetings, panels)
Lunchs, cocktails, drinks included.
Project and contact details of the participant in the catalogue & on the website

Deadline for the selection of Pitched projects (see below SUBMIT A PROJECT FOR THE PITCH SELECTION):

Deadline for the catalogue/website: Feb 5, 2011

2°) OPTIONS:

Additional project: 50 €
Additional accreditation (for someone from the same company): 150 €
Colour Ad in the catalogue: 200 € / double page 300 €
Hotels: Novotel****: 150 €/ night
Dormy Inn***: 80 €/ night

REGISTRATION

1) Kindly return the Registration form + participant’s picture to sales@sunnysideofthedoc.com
2) Please proceed to payment to: invoicing@sunnysideofthedoc.com
3) Upon receipt of your website access codes, please register online your project & send a project picture to edition@sunnysideofthedoc.com (picture format: High resolution JPEG - 300dpi, CMYK color mode)
4) Private one to one meetings, Side by Side: from the Decision makers’ list to be published on our website, please pick 2 names (+ 2 as secondary choice) and submit your choice via email to sales@sunnysideofthedoc.com

SUBMIT A PROJECT FOR THE PITCH SELECTION

1) Document: Please send a PDF or Word format presentation to international@sunnysideofthedoc.com by Jan. 20, 2011
- Synopsis 1 page only
- Financing Plan and budget(including contact details & name of financiers) 1 page max
- Producer’s / Author’s Biography - 1 page only

2) Selection requirements: (A prior registration is required).
- A trailer / teaser is mandatory to be selected (kindly send us a link, not a DVD)
- The project must be currently under development.
- The subject must have a high potential for international market or be Asian-oriented
- At least one partner of the project must be acquired from any of the following: channel, provider, Foundation, NGO or other) - regardless the percentage of funding.
