Many congratulations indeed on a hugely successful Asian Side of the Doc. It was a triumph!
The decision to have simultaneous translation in 4 languages made everything so much more accessible to so many more people and this gave the event a more fully Asian quality than any other event I have been to in the region.
At long last, Asia was at the centre of the show and in no way marginalized.
I’m delighted that you did some good business. The buzz was terrific. I enjoyed both facilitating some pitching sessions and moderating a couple of panels. The 3D session was most exciting and I liked the quality of discussion in the South-east Asian and South Asian panel.
Keiko was a great ally and I think Korea did us proud. I’m sure that Singapore will build on this success. I appreciated being part of your team for this success. Well done!

Unlike Asian Side of the Doc #01, no time was wasted schlepping around to lunch or the evening receptions which, I think everyone appreciated. And, of course, having four language simultaneous translations was also a huge bonus. It really did feel as if there was a free flow of information in all directions. Je tiens à vous remercier pour l'accueil chaleureux et la formidable organisation de cet Asian Side of the Doc.
Il n'était en effet pas évident qu'Orange se retrouve présent dans ce type de manifestations regroupant d'habitudes des acheteurs et des producteurs. En ces temps de profonds changement des manières de produire et de diffuser que nous imposent les réseaux (crossmédia et transmedia) et la technique (3D stéréoscopique) je pense avoir su légitimer notre rôle de "coach" qui soit dorénavant là pour répondre aux questions, expliquer, faciliter et quand c'est possible apporter un soutien financier.
Merci de nous avoir offert cette tribune, il faut maintenant que nous marquions l'essai. Le Sunny Side en sera la première étape, mais il faut aussi et surtout préparer l'édition 2012 de l'Asian Side of the Doc avec la version Asie-Europe des ateliers de la création et le partenariat avec M. TAN de Singapour et son soutien actif.

Enfin, je compte sur vous pour transmettre mes plus chaleureuses salutations aux équipes qui n'ont pas compté leur temps et leur énergie pour que la magie opère...!

Avoir été si proches et réunis l'espace d'une semaine avec nos amis asiatiques, me fait ressentir bien plus durement encore notre impuissance à les soutenir dans cette épreuve.
Les images qu'on découvre sont chaque jour plus effroyables.
