> Five themes for the selected pitch projects:

- LITTLE GEMS… (Remarkable projects which do not fall into the previous categories, but whose originality and creativity attracted the attention of our selection committee).

> AWARD: Sunny Side will give five €2,000 awards to reward the best project in each category, and will contribute to financing their development.
The winners must agree to acknowledge Sunny Side of the Doc for their support in the credits of the film.

> DECISION MAKERS: at the beginning of June we will publish on our website the list of decision-makers who have committed to attending each pitch session: Commissioning Editors / Buyers / Investors / Distributors/ Foundations…

They will be representative of the diversity of broadcasters, in particular in the various regional markets (Asia, North America & Latin America, Europe…).

On top of this, following the sessions we will be organising individual meetings with decision makers who would like to meet you for a one-to-one meeting.

> SELECTION PROCESS:

- You must register for Sunny Side.

- Your project must be in development (the film must not already be fully shot).

- Your subject matter and its treatment must be of universal interest.

- You must provide proof of the confirmed participation (with figures) of at least one partner –  broadcaster /distributor / support fund / foundation or other – and have funding acquired for at least 35 % of the budget.

- Your project must be sent to us before 30 APRIL 2012, to the following address international@sunnysideofthedoc.com

- The Selection Committees (one per category), made up of recognised international experts will choose the five projects which will be pitched in each category.

> ELEMENTS TO BE PROVIDED:

-     Synopsis: one page in English or in French.
-     Trailer (via a link to your website).
-     Budget and finance plan in place with written confirmation of partners.
-     Short biographies of the Auteur-Director and presentation of the Producer
-     Treatment and information on the project that you consider essential…:
