Yves Jeanneau’s lecture about the international potential of South Korean Docs on November 2nd, at 9:00

The quality of South Korean documentaries is more and more recognized internationally.

Sunny Side international doc marketplaces (Asian Side of the Doc and Sunny Side of the Doc) are the perfect platforms to provide international exposure to Korean docs, stimulate new Asian talents through tailored trainings and encourage the development of high quality international co-productions on a long-term basis.

Following the beneficial impact of the 4-day workshop for Korean filmmakers and producers organized last May by Sunny Side and RAPA (Korea Radio Promotion Association), Yves Jeanneau shares his expertise and tips for successfully producing and distributing Korean docs during 2014 Docs Port Incheon.
All pitched projects will be candidates for a very special Asian Side of the Doc Award including an important pitching opportunity at the Asian Side Of the Doc in China (plus travel and accommodation).

Update : The Asian Side Award went to a Korean project: “THE WOLF IN THE FENCE“, directed by JANG Hyobong and SEO Jinkyung.
